Misused? Do they mean that motorists, with an understanding of how their appeals will be decided, might just find a way to word their appeals to success? No doubt helped by one of those nasty Internet forums!Fairness and Consistency
AS aim to treat all appeals fairly and consistently. To make sure that there is consistency AS use a set of specific criteria against which each appeal is assessed. For obvious reasons AS are unable to circulate the specific criteria, as the information could be misused.
Appeals will be considered by a trained appeals assessment officer.
Presumably Indigo will be privy to sight of the criteria? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
