Latest on this is we've received a discontinuation letter from BW Legal.
We haven't had anything official from the court to confirm this, so my question is should we expect to receive something or is the notice from the claimant all we'll receive?
The story behind this is that we petitioned the landowner (again - we had no joy originally), on twitter, then by direct message and ultimately by email.
I suspect it was the 'no standing' that got them to get BW Legal to discontinue.0 -
Phone the court in a few days time to check. But I don't doubt that if BWL have said it's discontinued, there's anything more sinister afoot. Unlike the game CEL used to play a couple of years ago!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. They said its discontinued but also said they don't contact the defendant to confirm that fact.0
