Valuing a part share?

Hi,
If a house is split between 3 people each with a 1/3 share, how does a valuation on a single share usually go?
If for arguments sake the house was worth £90,000 the share would be worth £30,000 if everybody wanted to sell.
But what would the market value of that single share be?
As in an advert went in the estate agents offering for sale a 1/3 share in a property. I'd argue its borderline unsellable, or certainly has a very low market value.
Strange question and I probably explained it badly.

No one could realistically sell a 1/3 share on the open market. If they did then they could only expect peanuts for it.0

As others have said, on the open market the value is practically zero.
You might be lucky and get someone prepared to gamble a couple of grand but who (other than one of the existing co-owners) would pay more than that for a share in an asset that they may never be able to sell again in their lifetime?Every generation blames the one before...
