Help im confused!

I was sent a letter from CC company telling me they were canceling my payment protection cover, is this the same as PPI? I didn't even know i had it! only since iv been managing my debt i have realised it was on my credit card. Can i claim it back?
Also my bank sent me a letter sayin:
We will charge you as follows for being over your overdraft:
0-£25 over you will be charged £6
£25-£50 " " £15
£50+ " " £25
We can charge you up to 10 times in one month.

Is that even legal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im in finacial crisis anyway and they know this!!!!
