Last year received letter concerning my partner who has passed away regards the underpayment of ESA thats been well documented for the last year or so , had a phone call then a week later another where they did a ESA form over the phone then said it would likely be weeks till i heard anything . I then got another form asking questions about who payed for my partners funeral etc etc where she died what date . Sent that back a week or later i rang them to make sure they had received the form back they had they said and then said it had been sent to a second checking phase there were no notes on the system so thats where im upto with it im naturally eager to see what the end result is . So i was wondering if anyone has been through the process or can identify with what i have gone through so far etc .

Sorry for your loss. They are saying the time scale for this is 12 weeks from the time they receive the form, or from the time it's completed over the phone.
