  • A couple more OP's made 0.77p TT & £21.63 these will be my last for April as I had my last weekly pay for April today.

    April overpayment total £62
    Total overpayments 2019 £324.75

It was my boyfriends birthday last week and I look him out for a meal (early bird :p) we had quite a boozy bank holiday our friends have been renovating a pub and had the opening night on Friday and we were back Sat and Sun  great weekend all round in the sun though and OH bought most of the drinks. We've got a race trip this weekend coach is already paid I'll just need some spends for the day, drinks and a couple of bets.

We've booked flights for Portugal again this summer so the money allocated to the holiday pot will have to be transferred to the credit card once I've enough to cover it. £507 for return flights for both of us in July. This includes one hold bag and extra leg room seats for both of us there and back. No accommodation costs which makes it very cheap holiday for 10 nights in the sun just need spending money and taxi's at the other end.

    Amounts added to savings pots

    Holiday/travel £300
Total £311.17 (Already spent needs transferring to CC once I get to £507)

    House/DIY £80
    Total £360

    Xmas/Birthdays £50
    Total £168.10

    Clothes £30
    Total £77.11
  • May overpayment total £98.04
    Total overpayments 2019 £422.79

This months total was helped by survey cashout of £40.02 otherwise not a lot else to report just plodding away. Back at work today after a week off so it's a bit of a shock to the system. On the 6 week countdown to Portugal holiday now so at least I've got something to look forward to.

    Amounts added to savings pots

    Holiday/travel £300
    Total £511.17 (This covers Portugal)

    House/DIY £80
    Total £400

    Xmas/Birthdays £50
    Total £200.35
  • Sorry radio silence from me for a while seem to have quite a lot on at the moment. Late in reporting my June total but here goes.

    June overpayment total £65.89
    Total overpayments 2019 £488.68

This included £20.25 cashout from surveys and £10 from Qco

    Amounts added to savings pots

    Holiday/travel £200
Total £186.78 (Repaid the credit card for Portugal flight so this has gone down from last month)

    House/DIY £30
    Total £430

    Xmas/Birthdays £50
    Total £250.35

June seemed a bit of a spendy month as I had a few things planned in my bi annual haircut. Wedding party, little overnight trip to Windsor and a few planned meals out with friends.

Only 5 working days left after today before my holiday can’t wait, I’ve been really tired these last few days and zero energy so some me time in the sun is just what I need. While I’m away I plan to set a few goals and have some head space to think a few things through. Now I’m debt free and in a better position financially this will hopefully give me a little more freedom to make a few changes in my life and plan for the future.
