Issues with Landlord

Hi all,

I'm a leaseholder and I'm having some issues with my Landlord.

Firstly, the doors in the apartment complex require key fobs to open them. The Landlord changed the fob system and I can no longer go through one of the doors that I could before. I'm told this is intentional. The door is accessible from the street and has a sign indicating that it is the entrance for my flat. There is also a keypad for each door that I used to know the code for. Under the new system the Landlord is refusing the release the codes. This is especially annoying for arranging deliveries! Can they restrict my access like that?

Secondly, the Landlord attempted to serve a Notice of Intent to acquire new maintenance/service contracts. However, they sent the letters signed for and some 70+ letters, including mine, went unsigned for an were returned by the post office. The Landlord resent the letters two months later by normal post but did not change the dates and the letters state that the consultation period ended in December - I received the letter yesterday. I've made the Landlord aware but they say it's my fault for failing to receive the letter and the consultation period won't be extended!

Thirdly, the car park has a gate that is opened remotely with a different fob. Either my fob or the gate itself is very flaky and I've asked for the manual code for the gate for when it doesn't open and I've not heard anything back yet. But that was only earlier today. Am I entitled to the code? I never knew it before.

They also brought in a private parking company but I've got a thread for that in the specific sub forum.

I'd greatly appreciate any advice, I'm being driven up the wall.
