Moving back to UK after Overseas

I have been living overseas for 14 years and I am in the process of buying a house and moving back to UK. Although I am British, all my credit history is over 14 years old and experian and even the Credit club on here does not recognise my postcode or allow for entry of overseas information. I am struggling to open even a bank account as they insist on UK address, my previous UK addresses are over 14 years old, in another name (as I was married then) and I am unsure what my credit rating looks like (I know I have never had any debt, but cannot get to view experian or other.. any ideas or tips on moving back to the UK after time overseas ?

Short version is you won't have a UK credit history anymore0

You don't have a credit rating as it's not real.
You don't have credit history as you've not been here.
You can try and open a basic bank account0
