Outlook - Hotmail

I've set up a new email addres in Outlook, trying to send an email from that account, it bounces back with another email from MS asking to verify my account "sign in"

When I hit the "sign in" link, it takes me to my hotmail account,

Any ideas how to resolve?

If you use internet explorer:
Open a new tab and click start inprivate browsing


Google Chrome:
New incognito window


Then copy and paste the link to sign in so you may verify your account.
