I seem to have a good deal on the above website. However I need to contact them to make sure I’ve answered a few questions correctly. Has anyone had experience of the company?

It's one of Aviva's on line brands. They're one of the UK biggest insurers and pretty reputable0

I've used them before... I'm pretty sure that (apart from making claims) they are only contactable by email or through online forms.0

I wouldn't even contemplate using them. My husband was insured with them and they were absolutely useless as a company and worse when the car needed accident damage repairs. As were their "approved repairers".
You certainly get what you pay for . . .0
