non fault courtasy car type?

my car has gone in for repair and wa told it would be about a week so just took the class A car
offered, it has now been over 3 weeks and they hadnt even started on it when i checked last friday.
i have been putting things off that i needed to do which i cant in the tiny class A car but really need to do these things now.

So, you need a larger car. Contact the hire company and explain the situation, that you need an upgrade, you've coped for however long with the smaller car but as it's dragging on there are things you need to do that you can only do with a larger car. Pay for the difference, and reclaim from the third party.No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0
