0% Credit Card and Credit Report

Ok so I have a credit card with a 0% offer on it. I've used it to pay for a couple of things, but I've not always paid in full due to the fact that the 0% offer is there so I can spread the cost.
Simple question, does this have an effect on how my credit history looks? It has caused my credit score to drop which I'm aware doesn't mean much but is at least some kind of indication that something has changed. I assumed that it would be fine on my credit report because it's a 0% offer and I'm using it as it should be used.
