Could you be a bit more precise as to the name of the parking company. As it stands, there is no parking company named 'PCN'. Not recognised. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Edit your post to remove information about who did what, especially if your username is your real name.
It's called shooting yourself in the foot.
The Keeper is safe and can ignore the PCN exactly as explained in the NEWBIES.
The Driver can be liable. The scammers read these fora and if they can match a driver's name to a PCN to they will do so. They have done it in the past.
Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper who are two different people.
Umkomaas, would you please delete or edit your quote in case the OP has been foolish with their personal information.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

If your username is your real name, then you need to get it changed fast! - PPCs do monitor this forum to try and identify posters and in Scotland, not identifying the driver is your best weapon against them.
Naming yourself is akin to handing them your head on a plate.0
