MSE Energy upgrade

I'm struggling to get MSE comparison to work properly. I've checked and updated the details (ie usage and plan details) for my existing supplier, but the MSE offerings refuses to correctly feature my current costs - I don't think it's adding in the daily standing charges, so whatever it comes up with makes no sense at all. I've tried to communicate with MSE, but haven't found a method of doing so.
