Is it actually possible to speak to Experian?

Looking to be financially disassociated from my mum who passed away just over a month ago. The link is only shown on Experian from a joint mortgage application in 2016 that was not acted on.
I am trying to get this done urgently as I foresee the need to make a mortgage application soon and her credit was not the best - unfortunately I only realised recently that I am associated as I was generally only checking Noddle previously.
I have spoken to the bank whom the mortgage application was made with, they won't help. I see there is a form on the Experian website which upon printing, filling out, scanning and returning via email they will take 4-5 weeks to process (which involves them going to the bank, which I explained to the bank in hopes of skipping a step, but they didn't want to know). I am not confident they will actually remove the association without discussing with me as I am still resident at the address we both lived in.
TL;DR I have tried to get Experian on the phone to discuss this and hopefully get things sorted ASAP but their automated phone system is a labyrinth that never ended with a human.
Does anyone know how to get Experian on the phone? Is it worth it? Is it even possible?

Even if you were able to speak to them, they won't do it over the phone, you still need to put it in writing.
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

You need to complete a Notice of Disassociation form and do it with all 3 of the CRA's, not just Experian.
They need this in writing and on the official form0 -
From my reports Callcredit and Equifax don't have the association, do you think I still need to do it for them?
I suppose the form is my only recourse, so I'll do that.
I hate CRAs. Surely it should be their responsibility to remove the associations when they are notified of the associations death from their financial institutions.0 -
Do it regardless, it'll prevent any problems down the line. Someone dying doesn't alter the fact that once you were financially linked to someone. The financial institutions as far as I know don't notify them of the death of their customers, just that the account is settled because notifying people of someone's death is generally the responsibility of the estate to do for all kinds of reasons. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I have spoken to them on the phone previously. Always found them very rude and unhelpful but you can get through to them0
