Happy New Year
I have received a letter from Gladstone solicitors regarding a ticket I have received on 17th January 2016 indicating I have to pay £160.00 now with no previous correspondence.
We live in new build block of apartments and I have a parking space, no 113, someone was parked in my space and I have to park somewhere else( have to mention that there is no pay and display or available parking spaces around us) with a note next to my permit that "My space was taken so I have parked here"
How far they can go back to pursue a parking ticket?

Assume the ticket came from UKCPM who are one of Gladstones playthings.
You do not owe £160, £60 of that is a scam fake add-on by Gladstones
What does this letter say ?, does it tell you pay another company
How many days does it give you to pay
