Hi,
I had a ccj with marston group and had been paying £30 a week. My ccj is no longer on my credit file since may last year and ive still been paying and i still owe money around £1500. Should i still be paying this even though its not on my credit file. Its alot of money to be going out weekly but they kept phoning me to make me pay more.
