Hi I've just received my second letter asking me how I plead to speeding in a 30 limit ( clocked doing 78 ) I was wondering how I get the photographic evidence of this . I have a clean license cand this is my first speeding ticket in 22 years. I also know the location where I was caught is where the limit changes to a 60. Thanks

You will only get the evidence if you enter a Not Guilty plea.
Was this a fixed camera (GATSO) or a video taken from a mobile van? If the latter, you will need to apply for disclosure of the section of the video where your vehicle was targeted.
You would then need to establish whether your vehicle was filmed entirely within the 30 limit part, or whether any of it was past the point where it changes to 60.
If it was all within the 30, you may be looking at a ban for being so far over the limit.
If it was in the 60 section, that's not as serious, but will still result in a fine and points.

OP why have you posted this twice? Send a PM to a board guide, Crabman, Savvy or Soolin and ask them to merge your threads.0

So you were actually doing 78 in a 60? Maybe you need to look at your driving as your 22 year clean licence (correct spelling) has obviously been down to luck rather than any thing else.0
