Hi there

I’m wondering how I can find out if I’m entitled to some of my late father’s estate, which is intestate.
I know the £250,000 rule
I understand how my stepmom receives most of the estate. But I’m wanting to know what I should be doing if the estate is valued over £250,000. What lines of enquiry should I be making? In case my stepmom is not honest about the estate’s true value.
