Hi poppy when I go to the GP it's always with my carer
With reference to the GP letter whenever I have a doctors appointment I try to get appointments for 7am which are very few if ever and this is because there are not much patients at the surgery at the time. As early morning appointments are less and hard to get all the time my GP provides me with telephone consultations as I can't bare to sit in a surgery full of people.

When I go out yes I do suffer from agoraphobia and panic attacks and my carer has to accompany me to both ensure I'm safe and I do wander.. I do suffer from suicidal ideations and have come in contact in traffic many times which is backed up from a letter from the mental health teams and GP.

Now I dont understand do i raise the point i dont agree with the descriptor choice before the decision or after.. i recieved a copy of the PA3 as I requested it soon as it was received by the DWP and the decision has still not been made

You'll need to wait for a decision to be made before you can request the MR. They usually go with the report, it's rare to go against those recommendations.

If the letter states what you wrote above then that does seem confusing to me because in the same sentence your GP is saying you have telephone consultations because of distress but you go early in the morning when there's less people. Do be aware of this.

Thank you poppy will wait for the decision and I see what you mean.
Will speak to my welfare adviser to see what they advise should be put forward even if that may be another gp letter to confirm the appointments and telephone paragraph :)

You do need to be very careful that your evidence doesn't contradict another piece of evidence. These are the things that they could pick up on. Good luck.
