    poppy, I assume you send the fit note once you hear that your tribunal application has been accepted, but where do you send it to? Thanks.

    Whilst u are on the 'assessment rate' waiting for the tribunal date possibly getting £70+ a week do u keep getting this rate regardless of however long it takes for a tribunal date to come through?
    Does this need to paid back if u lose at the tribunal?

    If it's income related ESA you're claiming yes, otherwise it's only paid for 365 days. No, you don't have to pay it back.

    My son attended his ESA tribunal yesterday, he only waited 4 months for the appointment. He was able to go in on his own and was only in there about 15 minutes, which I thought was a bad sign, but it wasn't as they found in his favour.

    Thanks for all the help that was given on here, it's much appreciated.
