I have been sitting on my hands for a while now since losing my POPLA appeal, but I wonder of you can provide a link to the POPLA or ECP Lst Crew sub-forum?
Three letters so far from DRP - and no, I wont be paying :-)0 -
There is no lost crew sub forum. There are posts here from people that have lost at POPLA but no sub forum as such.
As you say posts fizzle out. We certainly don't get posts asking for help defending an ECP court claim. If you look around on this forum there are dozens of posts a day asking for help defending claims so it's not as if this place can't be found.0 -

No link.
You just search for the words POPLA lost and see all the results.
TBH you may as well not bother & get on with your life, as ECP only send letters!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

the parking Co are not chasing you for parking , they are chasing you for time on their land , hence the cameras on entry / exit and not in the actual carpark (allowing for grace periods)0
