Drawing Tablet Problem

Hi,
We've got a Windows 10 Laptop and a Huion graphics/drawing tablet.
Drivers seem installed OK, the tablet works in that you can use the pen on it to move the cursor etc but when you try to calibrate it, the pen doesn't do anything to the cursor, ie it doesn't detect when you are touching it with the pen.
Any ideas?

go to the Huion graphics/drawing tablet web site and down load their newest windows 10 drivers. Not everything usb is plug and play.0
