How to find out if I have a DVLA fine

Had a bit of a situation recently where my car was untaxed for a month, as I had moved house and hadn’t changed my address with the DVLA, I wasn’t getting any reminders. I also have lost my logbook. I went to the post office and completed a V62 form so my car was taxed with them and I ordered a new log book. However, I don’t know if I have incurred any fines with the DVLA over this as any fines will have gone to my old address. I’ve contacted the new tenant and he said there was a couple of letters but he didn’t know where he put them. Am I able to find out if I have a fine another way?
