Hi, thanks for the link.

The video is an egg! I've used a screen shot of it several times but haven't won yet.

You don't need to zoom the egg out to fit the outline of the egg when submitting. Maybe that's the problem.

Pause the video and use the Snipping tool (click Start, type snip) or any other screen capture tool

I have tried with the few found so far and every time I just get "sorry you haven't won this time" ☹️

Thanks for link,i had same problem saying not a egg,took a pic a bit bigger with more of the Heinz jar ,kept on trying with moving around it eventually said not a winner this time will try it again tomorrow,
