I've screen shot the egg but when I got to submit it says that's not a hidden egg! Any ideas?

I had to submit it a bit zoomed out, so it didn't fully fill the egg shape on the screen.

I just won a white egg!! It was a bit tricky to position the photo (I'm using a Tablet), but I enlarged it as much as it would let me, and then hit Submit, and it came up with Congratulations, etc. Had to fill in a form with my details, which also enters me into the £10,000 draw. And have just received an email saying the egg is on it's way...
