I'm positive I had an account as we've had a number of comps on here in the past (unless I'm going senile) but it has happily allowed me to register as a new user with my usual comping email address so maybe their system isn't recognising accounts properly.

I think there is a problem with the site, I reset my password three times and still couldn't get in

I had an account and it rejected my password. I registered again it was accepted and i entered the competition in Chrome

I messaged them and got the following reply.

" I'm sorry to hear that you've had problems logging in to the H&A website.

You might have noticed that we've recently launched a brand-new website. This means that in order to log in, you'll need to register a new account with us. Simply click on the 'register' link at the bottom of the competition article and a form should appear."
