economy energy refund

I have just left economy energy in December

but we were in credit with them about £500

are we covered by ofgem safety net to get our credit back

when they appoint new supplier

I'm also owed over £600. I hadn't seen that they had ceased trading and called them today, again, to chase. Obviously I got nowhere.

We were promised £100 credit due to mistakes they had made with the account (have email to confirm that they were going to do this). Anyone have any idea where we stand with this? Account is also in credit but the extra £100 hadn’t been added yet)
