Is there anything on mSE about this company? I have been with them for 12 months and reached the end of my fixed term. I was going to start another 12 month as the rates were reasonable. However, I have not been able to reach them by phone and my emails have not been answered. If I don't let them know them I will go to their standard variable. Should I write a letter , old style?

There are a few threads about them yes, not particularly positive mind you.

If you don't let them know you want to go on a new fixed tariff you will end up on SVR so you'll need to get in touch. When you say you've tried to get in touch by phone did you give up after x minutes on hold?

I needed to contact them after I moved house in December (right around the time they took over OneSelect's customer base) and the wait time was pretty long (15-20 minutes) but they did answer in the end.
