Hi there, I am just coming to the end of a DMP in March 2019. While one of my debts (HBOS Loan) went into default after 8 months of DMP starting and so falls of report in June 2019. The cc with Hfx didnt default until 12 months later. Then my bank account HBOS o'd debt although in DMP didnt default until Jan 2015 but was satisfied in August 2016.
Is there anyway of getting these dates brought forward in line with the loan given they are all from the same company?
If so what can i do to get them to revisit it. Looking to try and re-mortgage in future if i can.
thanks

It's up to the lender - they're not obligated to do so0

Fairness is a difficult route to go down if you’ve defaulted. What is the fair response to someone failing to honour the original agreement?0

John g Jones fairness in relation to date applied against someone who paid nothing. I Failed to pay in line with terms of contract agree! Not disputing the actual default application.LBM Sept 2012

Hi Just to let you know that the cc complaint was upheld on the delayed default date and so will be removed from my credit report.
They also agreed to repay interest paid during this time which has meant that my DMP is now finished.
They said while it was the correct process at the time (2012). They no longer work that way so moved default back. So its definitely worth anyone with older defaults that took a while to come off to challenge.LBM Sept 2012
