Default ccj from CEL

Hi
I am completely new to this forum, but have read a lot on this subject and again apologise for bringing it up. But I have recently found out that I have been issued with a default CCJ by CEL.
It was for what I presume was an Anpr car park as I have never had a ticket on my windscreen. The ccj was issued in November 2017 and I found out about it in November 2018. I have not been able to contact CEL as the details left with the court are a ticket payment line number and an address no email.
The particulars of the claim from the court state that the incident occurred in Feb 2015 and the amount due which in total is 386 pounds.
I lived at the addresss as the registered keeper at the time in feb 2015 but moved out in july 2015 to a temporary address until September 2015 to a permanent address. I registered on the electoral register and with council tax however forget to change my address on the log book. But the vehicle in question was wrote off in an accident in December 2015 so I will not have been the registered keeper from that date.
Until I discovered the CCJ I had never even heard of this company.
I never received anything from them in the post whist at my old address where the vehicle was registered to.When we moved out the new owners were asked to give any post to the neighbours and but still didn't receive anything from CEL.
I'm looking to get it set aside.
Again apologies but can anyone advise of a suitable template set aside application and defence relating to my particular circumstances and advise whether I have a good chance of getting it set aside and what defence I have if it goes to a hearing.
I have looked at other posts in relation to this but find it all a bit overwhelming so would really appreciate any form of template to solve it.
Thanks

please read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread carefully, especially on the set aside process, which will cost you £255 for a contested set aside
you seem to be asking for bespoke legal advice tailored to your own case, if so, please contact a legal advisor, this is a consumer help forum, not a legal advice forum0 -
Thanks for the prompt reply. I'm new to this forum or any for that matter. How do I find that thread?
Thanks0 -

As well as reading the NEWBIES sticky thread, also search the forum for set aside.
We see these cases set aside all the time, and they are all the same, and it really helps us not get overburdened and to actively help you, if you read other set aside threads and copy what they did in 2018, and show us your Draft Order, WS, etc.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
