Builder won't return spare Key (I think he's lost it)

Just for the future, no help to you now though..i would have paid his final bill less the money to install the new lock and keys.

Well wonders never cease he returned the key about an hour ago after a few more messages in his direction!

Whilst the work done leaves a lot to be desired, I'm going to have to do a lot of tidying and fixing myself, I'm just going to leave it. I can't be bothered chasing him any longer. I left a scathing review and hope anyone else who thinks of hiring him think twice because of it.
