Loft Conversion with no approval

The space does have two velux windows which is why I think the agent may have bumped the price. I think I’d have no problem with it it I knew that the insulation and ventilation had been done in the build but that fact it hasn’t worried my slightly hence why I wanted some advice.
If you are paying more for this house than one without a loft conversion then you are paying too much. This house does not have a loft conversion it has a nice light storage area in the loft that is all. Find another house in the area that does not have a loft conversion and compare the price to that.
When you have done that decide if you think the vendor will drop the price or whether you would prefer to withdraw your offer and find a house that is a lower price and doesn't have the overpriced storage space in the loft that this one appears to have.0
