It’s Morrison. I was a loyal customer when I was living there, like shopping 3-4 times a week for everything.

But you can get that cancelled in days! Really easy, no receipt needed.

Have you not searched the forum for the word Morrisons?! Simple one to cancel. I am glad Umkomaas asked you that question, as this can be sorted now if you are quick.

Strong complaint to Morrison's CEO - they cancel every ticket, do it quick before that LBC turns into a real claim, when PE get very stubborn about cancelling.

Do a forum search for the CEO's email. It's escaping me at the moment, but I'm sure it's a 'donotreply .....' one, which looks an odd one to send to, but it works.

Get it done quickly. If you have old Ms receipts or bank/cc statements of purchases there attach copies to your complaint, and if you have a M's More loyalty card, give the reference number.

Easy one and you could have done your complaint email before you go to bed, within 20 minutes, to put your mind at rest.
