Comping- not having much luck

I've been feeling a bit the same as haven't had many wins of late. Upon reflection though I've had some lovely wins in 2018 (£100 cheque in the post, a spa day and £150 spends and other nice smaller wins) and am just trying to remind myself that I am doing it for fun and when I win its a lovely surprise, but not to expect it Hope you have a nice win soon to perk you up!

I had a break mid-year because I wasn't winning anything. I started entering again late September but nothing until last week.

I received a runner-up email on one of the mag dallies- a 20% off voucher when I spent a certain amount.

I feel the same. I've been comping again for 7 months after a 2 year break. Back then i worked out my success rate was 1 win every 2000 competitions entered it's definitely a lot less now but i haven't won anything at all in 7 months. I'll keep going though as i've had some amazing wins in my comping history.

its all down to luck. I've had nothing since November, but in November i won a hoilday, a bike and a weekend away. just keep plug away, wins will come eventually!

enter them and forget them and if you win its a bonus. is my motto
