Well done, great result, whichever way it has been achieved.
Good on you for raising this. It may not have been the 'Eureka' moment, but I'd hope it's got him thinking.
Did you get your costs awarded?
No costs, I did ask but he said no. Made it sound like you don't receive them if it's dismissed0 -
well done anyway
we keep telling people its JUDGE BINGO when they ask about the odds of winning , yet they never understand that court is unpredictable0 -

I was very surprised at how little credence he gave this argument. I really hope that changes the more people bring it up.Slightly dodgy Judge though. DJ Grand is not a deputy Judge and the Consumer Rights Act and POFA are law, and the Beavis case proves that to add costs is double recovery.0 -
which is bizarre as i think he awarded costs to a previous dismissed claim the previous week.
Why do we always get the fun ones in norfolk0 -
Normal for Norfolk? The fact he didn't allow your ordinary costs is shocking.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just to add on one of the claims that lost.
- Gladstone used a s"solicitors agent"
Judge allowed the fee
Judge allowed the 60£
Judge allowed interest
Judge allowed the £75 leal fees
£281.40 overall
No wonder one defendant had to be escorted out of the court a week or so ago.
I will be the guy going to appeal if that is what it required.0 - Gladstone used a s"solicitors agent"

If you think that a judge has erred in law you can complain to the JCIO, read this
https://www.gov.uk/complain-judge-magistrate-tribunal-coroner hereYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Sadly that link states you cannot complain about the judgement or case management powers.
only swearing, sleeping or some fraud etc
I think an appeal is the best way as CM posted once someone looses with abuse of process and the judge either says thats right or thats wrong on the record.0
