Hi All
So a few years ago roughly around 6 I got a CCJ and i know after 6 years it wont affect your credit rating too much anymore just wondered how I can view when my CCJ ends and how much difference this will make to my credit rating once its removed?

It will make no difference as the scores and ratings aren’t real.
If it’s removed from your file then you will look more favourable to lenders.
However they could re-apply for the CCJ again if it’s not paid the first time around before the 6 years are up0 -

Any enforcement of a CCJ (such as an Attachment of Earnings or bailiffs Warrant or a Charging Order) is not recorded on a CRA file.
I’m not sure what you meant by “they could reapply for the CCJ again if it’s not paid the first time around before the 6 years are up” but issuing a new/second county court claim for the same debt is not a legal option.

A CCJ never ends nor becomes Statute Barred.
However if the Judgment Creditor wants to enforce the CCJ after six years they will need to make an Application to the court for permission and explain the “inordinate delay” in seeking enforcement and it’s far from certain that they will be given permission.
The CCJ entry on your CRA file is removed after six years whether it’s been satisfied or not.
