How long do you leave it before poking a company about a prize?

Its been nearly 4 weeks since I won a prize and ive had no contact about delivery... at what point should I be giving them a polite poke to remind them? lol

I would send them a msg, there might be a bit of a delay because of Christmas and stuff but there's no harm in poking them now, it's been long enough.
(Standard type terms are 28 days (although, it obviously depends on the actual competition terms), so you're within that range to at least ask them)0 -
