I use it, it can nag, remember to use Install Mode if adding programs.

Latest version seems much improved, lighter on resources, quicker scan, but I never install their cr***y toolbar, ClamAV or the horrible clunky Web Security Guard.

Some sites have rated it fairly well, but not the US-version of PCMag! PCMag UK said: "Superb anti-spyware tool, well designed too".
