Ask dealership to change brake fluid?

Hi,
I purchased a used car at a main dealership in December 2018 . Prior purchasing the car, I was told the car had been carried out a service check. My confusion was when I seen the next service is due in 2020 at least but when I checked the car computer (BMW), brake fluid change is due in March 2019.
I have not owned the car for less than 30 days and if I should get the dealership to change my brake fluid at a free of charge?
Kind regards
Kirito

Don't know if you are in the UK or not but you will probably not get a response until later in the day

You can always ask... But what if they say no? It's not as if it's a particularly expensive job.Kirito2019 wrote: »I purchased a used car at a main dealership in December 2018 . I know back when I had a co.car 3-series in the 90s, it went to the dealer for a service, and came back - only to have the computer say "Oh, yeh, brake fluid needs changing" a month or two later. Service due is determined by oil quality and mileage. Brake fluid due is determined by time.0 -
Why on earth would they do it free of charge?0

I might try that as when I purchased the car I got mixed up with the date and it was nearly xmas time0

I got mixed up with the dates prior purchase and thought the service would of carried out a brake fluid change as well until I was scrollng through the idrive and it stated 03/2019 to be changed. I don't know if I am eligble for a free brake fluid change0 -

But what makes you think you might be eligible?0 -

Right. And?Kirito2019 wrote: »I purchased the car less than 30 days.
"30 days" is the cutoff point for being able to get a refund, rather than a repair, if you have a serious problem with the car that's beyond what's reasonable to expect. It's not a free-for-all on scheduled maintenance...0
