I've received a message from someone asking if I'd sell at a lower price. If I did this would the £1 fvf still apply and would it be a case of responding to their 'question' with the 'send an offer' function?
How I do it:
- agree price with buyer, tell them you're updating listing straight away
- revise listing, set BIN price to what you agreed.
- they buy it as normalThe questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
