Slight Confused about claming bank bank charges

Hi their can any clear up the issue with bank charges i'm having, can i claim back bank charges currently of is the whole thing on hold???

Hi andyjenks,
You can still get your claim into the court system, don't forget that there is a statute of limitations of 6 years for your claim to be back dated, but it will depend on whether the court allows the case to go through or allows the stay if applied for by the banks
