Shared ownership in husbands name

Can my husband apply for a shared ownership property in his own name without taking in to consideration our joint income? We're just over the max income threshold if you calculate our incomes together.

    I don't think you'll be eligible as it is based on household income so they would take yours and your husband's income into account
