BW Legal LBC- pay to avoid action affecting job chances?

I have a picture from daylight hours, I will go back again to get one at night. There is no mention of £60 anywhere. Although it does state at the end of the tiny T&C's 'recovery damages in respect of further action may apply', would this be included?
Tiny T&C's that can not easily be seen or missed does not help BWL's case and if it just says "MAY" and does not state an amount then the amount of £60 must be under query. It is a dreamed up figure by BWL.
A contract, if it is to be valid, must leave no doubt of any liability
just the same as the main sign must say £100 and not just "recovery damages"
