Depends on how old your kids are. If at school, you could do a home delivery parcel round. Parcelnet and DHL do it. the number for DHL is 0870 385 0300

What did you do before becoming a SAHM? Sometimes you can adapt something you did before to do privately at home, eg teachers can taken in marking, secretaries typing etc etc.
