It is very easy to get a coach from the airport to the city, very cheap as well....Just make sure your hotel is near transport stuff as it is very easy to get round Barcelona on public transport.

For the future, ALWAYS check out the companies you are thinking of booking with on sites like Trustpilot or Tripadvisor. Two minutes on Trustpilot should be enough to put you off Loveholidays...

I'm not sure I'd trust Trustpilot reviews but you can usually see the shonky 3rd party flight sellers/OTAs mentioned on the Air Travel board of TripAdvisor.

I received my credit note from Love Holiday 3 days before I was due to travel. I used the voucher and rebooked the same holiday for the same week for 2021. Tomorrow will be the 3rd week since using my credit voucher and still NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION of my new booking. 

Their phone lines are close and nobody is ever available on the webchat. I’ve even tried contacting Love Holidays via Facebook message.

Not sure if my new holiday is booked. Can anyone help please?

No, we cannot tell whether it is booked, only Love Holidays can tell you that, and if you read comments on this site, they are not replying to anyone
