It states on the site that anyone can buy a business Dell, but some of the T&C's are different.Move along, nothing to see.0 -
Yep. I've just bought one of the Dell Vostro Laptops which are business models.
I'm a student at uni and use it for non-business purposes.0 -
Just going to use it for coursework, going onto the internet and listening to music really0

I'd suggest this Vostro 200 MT for £353 (or ~£340 after 5% Quidco cashback). Reduce the Hardware Support to 'Base Warranty....' to get it at that price. Change to XP if you prefer it over Vista for no extra cost.
If you frequently need to have 2 documents opened side-by-side, I'd recommend to get the excellent 22" TFT upgrade for £65 extra. Btw, this will work on a 19" widescreen too, but it's a tight fit/view needs to be scaled down a bit.
As you'll be listening to music, a 2.1 speaker set will do nicely - an adequate one costing between £20 -30 from Amazon. G
P.S. For PCs at this price point, Dells offer the best value0 -
Thanks very much ill have a look

Hi kfc why dontcha try build yourself ? e2180 £53, mobo £45, case/psu £20+,2GB DDR2 £35, dvd writer less than £20, 500GB sata h/drive ,£60. You could go E6600 for another £80 , or E6750 just £55 more. You've got windows already haven't you?0
