Binary Options refund

Hi,
About two years ago I started trading Binary Options, the company I started with was IQ Options and had and am still having some success. After some time and flushed with success I also started trading with Bank de Binary, copying my trades from IQ to them, strangely trades that won on IQ lost on BdB. To cut a long story short I tried to withdraw my money from BdB but despite several phone calls, emails etc I could not. As you may know CYSEC the Regulatory body eventually closed BdB. Some months ago I got a call from CYSEC saying they had identified me as having money lodged with BdB and were starting the process of reclaiming my money for me. I heard nothing further until just before Christmas when I got a call from some people calling themselves PiPsec saying they were working on getting my money back but wanted some personal details to ensure I was the right person. The details they wanted would allow my identity to be used for allsorts so although I would like my money back I am reluctant to pass my details over until I am sure they are genuine. Google is of little help other than telling me that PIPsec is a genuine organisation but there are some companies using Pipsec;s name in fraud.
Has anyone any knowledge of these people please ?

Never had any connections with this type of betting. So I can not help in first hand experience.
Googling did throw up these bits, I do not know if you had seen them, they may be of some interest to you.

You might like to check those contacts out to see if they are regulated in any way, in the UK & Europe. If so I would expect to find them somewhere in the regulated body list below:

If in any doubt don't give out information. Lets hope you are not on a "suckers list".
PS. Have you read this:

Sharing my experience with fake brokers , Rescuedial(DOT)com genuineness is the real deal especially when I most needed it . I was a victim of false brokers scam working with crypto traders, this brokers insisted I won't be carrying out the trading myself, instructed to leave it to the professionals so they can make al lot of money for me, Total BS! they make winning trades with the loosing trades to make my account looked legit all the time and encouraging me to add funds to take advantage of a speculative fore casted big winner then they leave you to your trades to wonder what the hell to do because of lack of experience which will only lead to you seeing your account run out. Reading so many stories here from victims Can't make me stop thanking God. still a miracle how Rescuedial got this done successfully
A one time poster recommending such an outfit should be treated with severe scepticism by others, particularly when the same message is posted verbatim elsewhere.

The rescuedial.com site was created in November 2018 and is hosted in South Africa.

It's a scam. Your money is long gone. In the extremely unlikely event that any money is recovered for creditors from B2B, the administrators can send you a cheque.
The likelihood is that you will lose most or all of the money you invested in IQ Options as well, even if they are legitimate and offering honest bets.0 -
Thank god you turned up. Obviously genuine. That's what we need gurus. God bless you.0

Oh yeah, nothing at all to be concerned about with that 'solution'0
