AMEX supplementary cardholder - does it affect my credit rating?

Hi,
I think I know the answer but a few conflicting bits of information made me want to check first!
Mrs Dust got a couple of black marks before we met due to a student overdraft but this was all sorted and cleared back in late 2012.
Now we're in 2019 I can't even see them on her Noddle report anymore and although her credit score could be better (we're working on it) there is nothing bad on there at all now and hasn't been for over 6 years.
I want to get her a supplementary card for my AMEX account as it will help with the annual cashback and it's useful for her to have in emergencies. She doesn't want her own card just yet.
If I go ahead, I presume as long as I continue to keep the account in good order it won't have any impact on my credit rating?

Don't worry about the credit "score" nobody has one and nobody sees the made up scores by the CRA's, its credit history that matters.0

Supplimentry cards do not tie you financially to that person. You are response for all the debt.0
