Whats the average price for a double room in a 4 bed house inc bills anyway ? Would be glad of any input on this thanks

Surely that's academic if you're putting down your actual budget?
Are you genuinely paying phone, internet and utilities on top of the rent for your room?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • Yes I pay £450 pm which includes bills...but I was confused on the on line form as you had to list gas water etc separately and you had to put a figure in before it let you move on...my mistake

Given your low income and the fact most of it is benefits - its highly unlikely you will have an IPA anyway so I wouldn't stress too much about the SoA .

Probably best to put rent/food/bills etc separately.
  • Thank you for your advise ...I realise I have made mistakes in the on line form and that the or is ok for me to correct them
