Yes I pay £450 pm which includes bills...but I was confused on the on line form as you had to list gas water etc separately and you had to put a figure in before it let you move on...my mistake0

Given your low income and the fact most of it is benefits - its highly unlikely you will have an IPA anyway so I wouldn't stress too much about the SoA .
Probably best to put rent/food/bills etc separately.0 -
